3. Orders & Confirmation

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our products are shipped worldwide. Standard delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at mynailstudioshop@gmail.com.

My Nail Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
